The intent of this site is as a LOCAL PICKUP (or we'll meet you with previous coordination).
If you are out of the area and wish to purchase please contact us first. We have the ability to ship, but you must pre arrange that. We utilize a UPS and USPS Shipping account for this process.

As this is a pesonal yard sale site we do not offer returns. I would encourage you to check it out in person before you pay.
